Apple - Summit Store
At Itellis, we had the opportunity to work on a unique project for the Apple Store at Summit Birmingham. Our task was to implement a new wireless network, integrating 11 access points throughout the store, storage, office, and break areas. This project, based on a custom design provided by Apple, showcased our ability to handle complex installations with precision and minimal disruption. We're proud of the seamless integration and enhanced connectivity we achieved for this high-profile client. As a result, we contracted to complete 17 additional Apple stores across the U.S.
Network Cabling for Access Points
The Itellis team is installing network cabling for one of the access points located on the main floor of the Apple Store.
Access Point Installation
All access points were required to hang at a specified height above each ceiling tile.
Access Point Service Loops
All service loops for the installatoin were required to meet specific requirements. The on site's team work breakout structure guided the team to the complete installation and meet Apple's expectations.
Timely Installation
The complete installation was implemented over a 12 hour period, preventing any interruption in normal operations. The planning, coordination and implementation of the installation was managed by Itellis.
Custom Mounting Hardware
The project specifications called for a custom solution fabricated by the Itellis team. Based on the pre-installation wireless survey, the exact locations of the access points required special mounting hardware.

Itellis installed the cabling pathways for a seamless and efficient installation.
